Softink© is a biocompatible and biodegradable hydrogel for use as a bioink in 3D bioprinting. This bioink supports cell growth and proliferation and can be used to engineer a variety of soft tissues, including cartilage, skin, and the cornea.
This bioink is based on gelatin and has been produced by the research group of OmidAfrinan Company. It also has the ability to combine with biological molecules such as proteins, peptides, growth factors, and drugs. This product has good printability and allows printing uniform fibers with a constant diameter in the micrometer range.
